Founded in 2024 by Anna Grutzner (left) and Gracie Evans (right), Soluna Society is redefining movement with its pioneering sound-led nervous system reset. Not your typical workout. The first of its kind in Australia.

The Problem
We noticed a gap in the wellness space: lots of movement, motivation and output, but little regulation, safety and presence. People don't need to push harder. They need to feel held and connected. Many are time-poor, hustling through life, rushing between commitments, striving for more, yet never feeling good enough. We're dysregulated. We're not coping. We're numbing. We're resorting to maladaptive behaviours.

OPEN: Our air chapter opens the body and mind through sensory awareness and breathwork.
GROUND: Our earth chapter grounds the physical body through yoga, Pilates and stretching.
ENERGISE: Our fire chapter energises the body through dynamic movement, HIIT, cardio and strength.
RELEASE: Our water chapter releases stagnant energy through repetitive, fluid movements.
CONNECT: Our spirit chapter regulates the nervous system through EFT tapping and somatic practices.
The Experience
An end-to-end sensorial and intentional journey facilitated by an expert Soluna Guide - who can hold space for the full spectrum of emotions while training nervous system regulation through sympathetic and parasympathetic state activation.
Drawing from ancient techniques such as yoga philosophy, Pilates principles, meditative wisdom, breath healing and energetic teachings - complemented by new age modalities such as EFT, somatic work, cognitive reprogramming and affirmations.
A unique approach to mindset transformation through acceptance of what is, releasing limiting beliefs and embracing new perspectives. Delivered through high-tech headphones, a science-informed, curated playlist weaving binaural beats with advanced sound frequencies, immersive soundscapes and inspirational spiritual teachings.
