Soluna at work.
Bespoke wellbeing experiences for high-performing teams.
Founded in 2024 by two professionals with 17+ years of corporate experience, Soluna created The Soluna Method: a five-chapter wellbeing program combining evidence-led practices (yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathwork, cardio) delivered through immersive sound technology, using high-tech headphones.
Working with clients including L'Oréal ANZ, Accenture and Spring Place, we focus on preventative care for physical and mental health: addressing psychosocial hazards before they escalate into WorkCover claims, ~20% of which are currently resulting from psychology injury in Australia.
Soluna delivers:
Stress reduction through nervous system regulation using evidence-backed practices
Tailored programs to support mental, physical and emotional wellbeing
Psychologically safe environments to cultivate presence over performance
Team connection through transformative shared experiences
Scalable formats for teams, leadership groups and company-wide initiatives
Corporate Case Studies.
Soluna opened the 2025 sustainability conference for L'Oréal ANZ – an annual event bringing together departmental leaders and sustainability advocates. We created a hybrid bespoke wellbeing session centred on something often overlooked in high-performance environments: sustainable energy – starting with the individual. With stress, overwhelm and burnout increasingly present in the modern workplace, this session provided practical tools to manage energy in line with individual and company-wide values.
"Integrating the Soluna activity into our internal Sustainability Retreat was truly impactful, providing the perfect foundation to start our day grounded and centered. The session allowed us to connect with our own internal energy as a prerequisite for tackling broader sustainability challenges. This holistic approach resonated deeply with the team, creating a tangible shift in how we showed up for ourselves and each other. We left the session not just refreshed, but with a renewed sense of positive mindset and collective energy that sustained us throughout the working day.”

Accenture were noticing industry-wide cultural challenges relating to employee burnout and motivation, and they wanted to do something about it in their workplace. To support employee engagement, Soluna created a bespoke movement-led session to meet their teams exactly where they were.
Because when people are deep in demanding workdays, back-to-back meetings and relentless deadlines, the most powerful thing we can offer is a way back into the body. Movement clears the static, resets the nervous system and creates conditions for people to show up for themselves and each other.
"The Soluna Refresh Session was transformative for our team. They really needed this and left with a more positive mindset and energy for their working day. It's rare to find a wellbeing experience that resonates and creates that kind of meaningful shift in how people show up for themselves and their colleagues.”

Spring Place is a legacy Melbourne CBD site - home to a diverse community of businesses and government tenants spanning the Department of Health, Transport and the ACCC. Soluna was invited by wellbeing partner, Wellineux, to deliver a nervous system workshop for tenants to better understand stress and burnout.
The session ran across three parts:
An education piece on what actually happens in the body under stress, covering the chemicals, neurotransmitters and physiological responses - from cortisol and adrenaline to the limbic system.
With headphones on, we guided the group by intentionally activating a mild stress response before moving through breathwork, progressive muscle relaxation and sound techniques to return to calm. The goal wasn't just to learn about the nervous system. It was to meet it and regulate it.
We closed with 3 practical regulation techniques, EFT tapping, box breathing and a body scan, before taking a moment to reflect on key learnings and takeaways to apply at work and beyond.
