ASMR Meditation

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It is a physical sensation characterised by a pleasant, static-like tingling that usually begins on the scalp or the back of the neck and moves down the spine. People often experience it in response to specific audio or visual triggers and it typically induces a feeling of deep relaxation and calm. Led by Gracie, this ASMR meditation will help to relax your mind and your body. Listen to it first thing in the morning, during the day, or before bed.

Immersive Sensorial Meditation

This meditation is an immersive sensorial experience to reset your nervous system, recharge your body and calm your mind. Led by Gracie, you will be guided through four chapters: air, earth, water, and spirit - to open, ground, release and connect. Techniques include light breathwork, calming meditation, guided movement and EFT tapping for emotional release. This track uses science-led sound for nervous system healing, including binaural beats and alpha frequency music.
