Join Gracie and Anna for our inaugural Soluna Reset - a weekend retreat grounded in the elements of nature: air, earth, water, fire and spirit. Along with our daily Soluna sound-led movement classes, this retreat will immerse guests in sensorial experiences for nervous system regulation and energy renewal.
Activities will take place at the retreat location in Anglesea, as well as off-site experiences including bush walks, ocean swims and nature immersion. Delicious meals will be provided to nourish our bodies throughout the day and night.
While we can accomodate up to 8 guests on-location, the retreat also includes a ‘day-timers’ package - where day-guests can join for experiences, classes and meals, whilst arranging their own accomodation.

A journey inside….
Arrival: Friday 17th April
3PM: Settle into the retreat space in Anglesea - where the bush meets the sea.
4PM: Open the weekend together with an intention circle.
5PM: An unwinding, sound-led Soluna Slow session to land - through stretching, deep fascial release and yin yoga movements.
7PM: A nourishing, communal dinner with retreat guests.
Day 1: Saturday 18th April
6:30AM: We begin with a sunrise meditation and journalling practice to tune into the day ahead.
7:30AM: Light breakfast, coffee and tea.
Throughout the day, you will be guided through elemental nature immersions - designed to help you deeply breathe, ground, energise, release and connect. Through our five-chapter method, we aim to help you reconnect you with your nature through the elements of air, earth, fire, water and spirit.
1:30PM: Nourishing, seasonal lunch.
4:30PM: Learn about your energy flow and your personality through a group Human Design group workshop.
6:15PM: Our signature Soluna Refresh class over sunset.
7:30PM: Nourishing, seasonal dinner followed by soft movement and a nervous-system regulating practice to close the day.
Day 2: Sunday 19th April
6:30AM: Sunrise meditation and space to journal.
7:30AM: Light breakfast, coffee and tea.
9:30AM: Soluna slow class.
11:00AM: Closing circle to share energy, insights and experiences.
12:30PM: A final lunch together before we part.
This agenda may be adjusted to suit guest needs and energy levels. All sessions are optional - we encourage you to listen to your body and tune into your rhythm. Between sessions, there is time to rest, explore, reflect, play or simply be.

This is for those with ‘two-feet in’ energy! Join for all activities, workshops, meals and stay on-site at the retreat location for two nights of restful sleep. All inclusive.

If you are local or prefer to arrange your own accomodation, we welcome you to join us for daytime activities, workshops and meals!

Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure your place, full payment is required upfront. If things change and you need to cancel, no worries! Please just do so at least 1 month in advance so that we can offer your place to someone else. You will receive a full refund, excluding a $50 booking fee. Cancellations made after 14th March may not be eligible for a refund.
