Soluna Society is Australia's first sound-led nervous system reset. We combine movement practices like yoga, Pilates, HIIT and stretching with breathwork, meditation and stress-relief techniques - all delivered through wireless headphones. Our classes help you move from stressed and activated to calm and regulated. Think of it as a total mind-body workout that actually helps you manage stress.

You'll wear wireless headphones for the entire 50-minute class and move through five stages: opening with breath, grounding through yoga and Pilates, energising with cardio and strength work, releasing tension through fluid movement, and finishing with calming practices like tapping and meditation. You're guided the whole way, moving to music in your headphones while surrounded by others doing the same.

Not at all. Our classes work for complete beginners and experienced movers alike. The guides show you modifications throughout, and you're always encouraged to do what feels right for your body. If you can move and breathe, you can do Soluna.

Just wear activewear you can move comfortably in. We provide the headphones and mats - you just need to bring yourself and a water bottle.

Soluna Studio is our on-demand video library. You get access to short practices you can do at home whenever you need them - quick stress relief techniques, longer movement classes, breathwork, meditation and more. New videos added monthly. It's there when you can't make it to a live class or need tools throughout your week.

Yes - this is exactly why we created Soluna. Most meditation asks you to be calm when you're already stressed and wired. We start with movement to meet you where you are, then gradually guide you into stillness. It's much easier to relax after you've moved your body and released some of that pent-up tension.

Most classes are either high-intensity (spin, HIIT, boxing) or calming (yoga, meditation, stretching). Soluna gives you both in one session. We help you discharge stress and tension through movement, then teach you how to actually calm down afterward. The headphones create a personal, focused experience even though you're in a room with others. And the sound we play isn't just background music - it's specifically designed to shift how you feel.

Yes. You can drop into our weekly Tuesday classes at Green Monday Studio in Carlton (6:15pm). For Soluna Studio, we offer a monthly membership you can cancel anytime. Honestly, Soluna is one of those things you need to experience to understand - words don't quite capture it.

Soluna teaches practical techniques to manage stress and help your body actually calm down instead of staying in constant fight-or-flight mode. That said, we're not therapists or doctors. If you're struggling significantly with mental health, please work with a qualified professional. Soluna can be a helpful tool alongside professional support, but it's not a replacement for it.
