Soluna Studio Membership Terms and Conditions 

Please read carefully before purchasing a membership. 

By purchasing a membership to Soluna Studio ("the Studio"), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all members accessing the Studio's collection of pre-recorded videos and audio meditations. 

1. About Soluna Studio 

Soluna Studio is Soluna Society's online platform offering access to a growing collection of pre-recorded classes, workshops, guided meditations and exclusive wellbeing content ("Content"). New items are added every month and your membership gives you anytime access to the full Studio library during your membership period. 

2. Membership Plans 

We offer two membership options: 

Annual Foundation Membership 

The Annual Foundation Membership is available at $120 AUD per year for members who join before the end of April 2026. This is our founder pricing, offered as a thank you to our earliest members. 

As long as your membership remains active and continuously renewed, you will retain access to this preferential annual rate. If you cancel your membership and choose to rejoin at a later date, your membership will renew at the standard annual rate applicable at that time. 

Your Annual Foundation Membership is billed as a single upfront payment and grants you full access to Soluna Studio for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note that pricing for the Annual Foundation Membership is subject to change following the close of the founder membership period at the end of April 2026. 

Monthly Membership 

The Monthly Membership is billed at $18 AUD per month. 

Your monthly membership renews automatically each month on your billing date. You may cancel at any time and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Soluna Studio until that date. 

Please note that monthly membership pricing is subject to change following the close of the founder membership period at the end of April 2026. If pricing changes, we will notify you in advance of your next billing date. You will have the opportunity to cancel before any new pricing takes effect. 

3. Billing and Payment 

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase or renewal. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are kept up to date. If a payment fails, your access to Soluna Studio may be paused until the matter is resolved. 

4. Cancellations and Refunds 

Monthly members may cancel at any time through their account settings or by contacting us at hello@solunasociety.com. No refunds are issued for partial months already billed. 

Annual members may contact us within 14 days of their purchase date to request a refund if they have not accessed any Studio content. After this period, annual memberships are non-refundable. 

5. Access and Use of Content 

Your membership grants you personal, non-transferable access to Soluna Studio for the duration of your active membership. Content is intended for your individual use only and may not be shared, downloaded, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the express written permission of Soluna Society. 

Soluna Society reserves the right to add, update, or remove content from Soluna Studio at any time. We will always aim to grow and improve the collection, with new content added every month. 

6. Assumption of Responsibility for Wellbeing 

By accessing and participating in any Content within Soluna Studio, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to take care of your own wellbeing throughout the practice. You agree to listen to your body, respect any physical limitations, and adapt movements as needed to avoid injury or discomfort. 

You understand that the guide presenting the Content is not a medical professional and will not diagnose or treat any physical or mental condition. If you have any pre-existing injuries, medical conditions, or concerns about your ability to participate safely, we encourage you to consult a healthcare provider before engaging with the Content. 

7. Intellectual Property 

All Content within Soluna Studio, including videos, audio recordings, written materials, and associated branding, is the intellectual property of Soluna Society. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over this Content. 

8. Changes to Pricing and Terms 

Soluna Society reserves the right to update membership pricing and these Terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes via email or through Soluna Studio. Your continued use of Soluna Studio following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
