Breath of Fire is a dynamic breathing technique that works directly with your energy system, activating both the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system to clear stagnation and spark aliveness from the inside out.

The technique is simple. Inhale through the nose, then top it up with a second inhale. Exhale all the way out through the mouth. That's it. But the effects are immediate and often surprising - a clarity, a lift, a sense of having woken something up that was only ever waiting to be called back.
