Recorded live at the Pando Society Winter Solstice event, this nine-minute teaser offers a genuine window into the Soluna Slow experience. Anna guides you through the foundational box breath, a four-part technique of equal inhale, hold, exhale and hold that brings the nervous system into balance and the mind into the present moment. From there, she opens the beginning of a body scan, a slow and intentional journey of awareness through the body that invites you to notice, soften and settle.
