Burnout doesn't always arrive all at once. It builds quietly - in the racing heart, the shortened breath, the constant rushing between places. In the multitasking, the mounting expectations, and the slow creeping feeling that you're drowning rather than living.

Whether you work in a demanding role, have clients, family commitments, dependents or anything between, the weight of it is real. This practice begins by acknowledging exactly that. Because before we can shift, we have to be honest about where we are.

In this video, Anna guides you through a somatic practice that first honours the stress and anxiety held in the body and mind - then gently opens the door to a new way of being. Through breath and regulation, we create space between the stimulus and the response. Space to choose. Space to remember that you are not behind, not broken and certainly not alone in this. Stress is part of being human. But so is resilience. So is the capacity to return to calm.
