Inside, Gracie guides you through a series of somatic warm up movements designed to bring awareness into the body, soften held tension and gently wake up the nervous system. From there, she leads you into bumble bee breath, a practice of humming on the exhale that creates an internal vibration felt through the chest, throat and head - one of the most immediately soothing techniques in the breathwork toolkit.
